Crowd Control & Program distribution
Set up – begins at 7:15 a.m./12:30 p.m.
PLEASE let all guests know there is a commemorative program for all undergraduate ceremonies and they will be sold outside & in the Northwest corner inside. Students who have pre-ordered programs can collect them at the ARC Pro Shop in the main ARC building. Students will receive one complementary program on their chairs
Please post the YELLOW laminated Pavilion maps at your door’s entrance. Please make them visible for guest walking in so they can decide where to sit.
All staff must be completed with set up and in place, at their assigned location ready to go, no later than 7:50 a.m./12:50 p.m. Remember you are some of the first staff people guests meet so please great people warmly and ask them if you can be of any assistance.
Assist with crowd control at the entrances
Please keep a laminated Pavilion map on you at all time to help guests at the entrances with any questions. You will also be assist the ARC staff in instructing guests to check strollers, camera equipment, balloons, wheel chairs, etc. at the Guest Services Room located on the Northeast Lobby level. You will NOT be collecting tickets, however, if extra tickets are turned into you, please give them to the ticket takers at the door.
Please help keep the traffic moving away from the doorways so the entrances doesn’t become obstructed.
At the conclusion of each ceremony, you will need to clean up any litter program or ticket stubs in your area. Please prepare the program supplies and materials for the next ceremony. If this is the final ceremony please keep 50 extra programs and return them with your supply box to the Volunteer room.
