Shred Documents

Learn the proper way to shred documents
  1. For small quantities: There is a "confidential" shredding bin placed under the mail slots in 150 Mrak.  The bin is tamper-free and each pick-up is registered and documented, so it is a very safe and monitored way to discard confidential documents.  The CAES Dean’s Office currently has a once-a-month pick-up.
  2. For larger quantities: To arrange a special pick-up for large amounts of paperwork, you can call or email Jen Carmichael, General Manager of Distribution Services at (530) 752-6686, or go the web site: and fill in a pick-up request form.  The pick-up will be made within 24 hours.
