Nugget Markets has launched a food and fitness program created by Dr. Liz Applegate, the director of sports nutrition at the University of California, Davis.

The “Dr. Liz Applegate 21-Day Challenge” includes a meal and exercise program.

“This straightforward three-week eating and fitness program, designed with busy people in mind, is more about making good-for-your-body decisions rather than punishing you with cutting calories and tough-to-do workouts,” Nugget Markets, Woodland, Calif., writes in promotional materials.

The program can be downloaded via a link on the Nugget Markets website.
