get adobe readerMany forms and petitions are now found on the OASIS portal. However, some forms unique to the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Dean's Office are not available on the portal and can be downloaded here. These forms and petitions are PDF files. Adobe Reader (available free) is required to view and print them. To convert the PDFs to HTML, use Adobe's conversion tool. Forms are also available for pick-up in 150 Mrak Hall during business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm.
